We do not ask for passport numbers, visa details, government ID numbers, Social Security numbers or financial account information. Please do not include them in the form.

Information you share when you contact us directly

If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive the information you choose to share, along with your phone number, WhatsApp profile name or email address.

Information collected automatically

• Security cookie. Pages with the quote form set a session cookie (icb_session) that protects the form against forged submissions and keeps your entries if you need to correct an error. It is deleted when you close your browser.
• Spam protection. To limit automated abuse of the form, we record a one-way, keyed hash of your IP address with the time of each submission attempt. We do not store the IP address itself for this purpose, and these records are automatically discarded after about 24 hours.
• Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record standard request information such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time. These logs are used for security and to keep the website running.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above to:

• respond to your enquiry and discuss your relocation requirements;
• prepare information, a proposed plan or a quote that you have asked for;

The website does not keep a separate database of enquiries; the copy we keep is the email in our business inbox.

5. Email and WhatsApp Communications

WhatsApp. If you contact us on WhatsApp or choose WhatsApp as your preferred method, your messages are handled through WhatsApp, a service operated by WhatsApp LLC / Meta. WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy apply to its handling of your information. Clicking a WhatsApp button on this website opens WhatsApp with a short pre-written greeting; it does not send any of your form details to WhatsApp.

Phone. If you choose phone, we will call the number you provided. Calls between the U.S. and India may incur charges from your carrier.

6. Service Providers and Sharing

We share personal information only where needed to run our business and respond to you, including with:

• Our web hosting provider, which hosts this website and processes form submissions and server logs;
• Our email service provider, which delivers and stores enquiry emails and our replies;
• WhatsApp / Meta, when you communicate with us through WhatsApp;
• Third parties you ask us to involve, such as a moving or shipping provider you select — only with your agreement; and
• Authorities or advisers, where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

These providers process information under their own terms and security practices. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.
